Easily and conveniently compare various specification parameters of tires and wheels, obtain tire and wheel upgrade suggestions: ensure driving safety after modifying wheels and tires, and estimate performance improvement. Supports metric and imperial units.
What makes this App stand out from similar tire calculator Apps: Estimate the change in the unsprung mass of the vehicle after replacing tires and wheels!

Veteran drivers know that a set of high-quality lightweight tires and wheels can bring a qualitative improvement to the vehicle's acceleration, handling, and road feel. With this App, you can see how much the unsprung mass equivalent is reduced when each tire and wheel is a few kilograms lighter. In other words: Imagine being in the car alone, compared to carrying an extra adult or being fully loaded with luggage, and the difference in the vehicle's acceleration and handling. Some car enthusiasts may have heard these sayings: 1 kg of unsprung weight is equivalent to 4 kg, 10 kg, or 15 kg of sprung weight. These experiences may or may not be correct and cannot be generalized: because the specific parameters of the vehicle and tires/wheels are different each time during modification. This App builds a mathematical model based on the principle of physical moment of inertia and helps you estimate the unsprung mass equivalent more accurately through specific parameters.
The main purpose of this App is to help you safely and wisely choose a tire and wheel upgrade plan, because safety and performance are equally important!
This App can be used normally on iPhone/iPod Touch and iPad.
No need to pay twice for the same App!
The 3 basic functions of this App:
1. Obtain a recommended list of tire size upgrades. You can also set the range of wheel size changes (-3" ~ +3"), the range of tire width changes (-30 mm ~ +30mm), and the allowable range of perimeter deviation (-3% ~ +3%) to narrow or expand the recommended tire size list according to your modification needs.
2. Calculate the various sizes of the tire and compare the parameter changes after replacing the tire side by side. You can also visually compare the changes in tire sidewall thickness, tire diameter, and wheel diameter between the new and old tires through a scaled-down tire schematic diagram. Two comparison modes allow you to conveniently select the focus of comparison: the overall visual difference and the difference in the above-mentioned sizes.
3. Estimate the change in the unsprung mass of the vehicle after replacing the tires and wheels. This estimate adopts an approximate physical modeling method and calculates the change in the unsprung mass of the vehicle through the following data: vehicle weight, maximum engine torque, 0-60 mph/0-96.6 km/h acceleration time, tire and wheel sizes and weights.
Some parameters will have color markings, and the meanings of each color are:
• Colorless: Applicable
• Green: Improved
• Yellow: Within the allowable range
• Red: Mismatch
Detailed description:
1. Obtain a recommended upgrade/replacement tire size with the following adjustable difference variables between the new tire and the old tire:
• Rim diameter difference (-3" ~ +3")
• Section width difference (-30 mm ~ +30mm)
• Allowable tire perimeter difference (-3% ~ +3%)
By selecting a tire from the list, you can conveniently select a recommended tire to compare with the old tire.
2. Calculate the tire size and compare the tires according to the following specifications, in imperial or metric units:
• Section width (145 mm ~ 395 mm)
• Aspect ratio (20 ~ 85)
• Rim diameter (10" ~ 30")
• Load index (60 ~ 125)
• Speed rating (L ~ Y)
• Suitable rim width
• Section height
• Total tire diameter
• Tire perimeter
• Actual speed when the speedometer reads 60
• Actual speed when the speedometer reads 100
• Visual graphics of the old tire and the new tire
You can use the scaled-down tire diagram to view the visual differences in tire section height (sidewall height), tire diameter, rim diameter, and perimeter in two modes:
• Side by side: The two tires are shown as two complete circles adjacent to each other, very
