The main features of the Co-op Taxi app include:
- Book in just three taps
- Get fare estimates by entering pick-up and destination addresses
- Receive a booking confirmation number immediately after booking
- Receive notifications including the license plate number after the booked vehicle is dispatched
- Monitor the vehicle's progress on the map
- Create a list of frequently used addresses and assign custom names to each address
- Specify the number of passengers, vehicle type, and preferred payment method
- View all bookings made in the past 30 days
- Provide feedback related to the app and/or the services received
- Call Co-op Taxi directly with one tap

To start using the Co-op Taxi app immediately:
- Download the free app
- Create an account (email, name, phone number, and password)
- Verify the account (through the confirmation email received)
- Log in to the app (email and password)
- Enter the pick-up address
- Enter the destination address (so that we can provide an estimated fare amount)
- Book a trip (bookings can be made immediately or scheduled for a future time/date)

After booking, you will immediately receive a confirmation number and an update when the vehicle is assigned. From here, you can monitor the vehicle's progress towards your pick-up location.

The Co-op Taxi app keeps a history of your previous bookings (up to 30 days) for expense management and also allows you to quickly re-book the same trip with one tap. You can also create a list of frequently used locations (such as home and work) to speed up the booking process.

You can also customize your order by selecting the number of passengers, preferred vehicle type, and preferred payment method. These preferences can be saved to your account profile for future bookings.
