Too much today? Start tiny.
Little Things is a calm to-do list for people with ADHD. Write down what's on your mind, break the big things into small steps, and start with the smallest one. Each step you tick off makes the next one easier to start.
WRITE IT DOWN. BREATHE OUT.
Calls, texts and errands go in To do, so your brain can let go of them. Tick them off with one tap. Things that come back every week can repeat on their own.
BIG THINGS, BROKEN DOWN
"Clean the kitchen" is hard to start. "Clear the counters" isn't. Break any task into steps, each sized small, medium or big. Stuck on what's next? Little Things suggests steps you can add with one tap. Write out a whole brain dump and Apple Intelligence sizes each thing for you, right on your device.
SMALL STEPS FIRST
Your day starts with the small steps, then the medium ones, and the big one comes last, once you're warmed up. Say how your energy is today and Little Things suggests a day that fits. A low-energy day is still a full day.
A FOCUS TIMER, BUILT RIGHT IN
Each step gets its own time: 10 minutes for a small one, 20 for a medium one, and two Pomodoro blocks for a big one. Just press start. The timer follows you to the Lock Screen, and over time Little Things learns how long your steps really take.
SOME THINGS ARE BETTER TOGETHER
Share a folder with a partner, a roommate or your family, and you both tick off the steps. Send a star when someone gets something done. Nudges only if you ask.
JUST THE NEXT THING
Widgets on your Home Screen and Lock Screen show your next step, so there's no app to open. Tick it off right from the widget.
A NUDGE, ONLY IF YOU HAVEN'T STARTED
Turn on one gentle reminder. If nothing is done by the time you choose, you get one notification with a small step to start. On days you're already going, it stays quiet. Nothing in Little Things is ever overdue.
