TriNexus

TriNexus — Next-Gen Intelligent Construction Collaboration & Project Management Platform
TriNexus is a professional intelligent management platform tailored for Singapore’s construction industry. It solves local industry pain points including inefficient multi-party coordination and tedious paper-based processes under Singapore WSH Act, digitizing traditional construction workflows. With 8 core modules and a visual data dashboard, it integrates site operation, approval workflow, task management and facility control to support efficient, compliant and intelligent project delivery.
Four Core Advantages
1. Local Regulatory Compliance
Built to meet Singapore MOM and BCA standards, the platform integrates core PTW and RFI digital workflows. All on-site approvals and inspections comply with local rules, reducing legal risks and preventing Stop Work Orders.
2. Unified Cross-Party Collaboration
It eliminates data silos between clients, main contractors and subcontractors. All staff operate on one unified platform for task assignment, drawing retrieval and multi-party endorsement, improving cross-team efficiency without third-party tools.
3. Low-Threshold Mobile Operation
Adapted for harsh construction sites, the intuitive platform requires no professional training. Field staff can operate via mobile devices offline caching and weak-network uploads ensure no on-site data loss.
4. Traceable Data for Decision-Making
All operations, approvals and inspections are fully logged and traceable. One-click report generation supports digital audits. The visual dashboard displays real-time project data to support accurate management decisions.
8 Core Functional Modules
1. Plan Management: Manages overall project planning, Gantt chart scheduling and work breakdown structures, clarifying milestones for orderly project delivery.
2. Design & Drawing Management: Digitizes construction documents, supports large-file upload, fast retrieval and multi-version control to avoid design misalignment.
3. WSHE Management: Provides standard safety templates and real-time hazard recording, forming a closed-loop RFI process to meet local safety and environmental standards.
4. Construction Management: Controls full-cycle site works. The electronic PTW system manages high-risk works with photo verification and dual official approval for full compliance.
5. Document Management: Supports multi-cloud storage, centralizes all project documents, and enables permission-based online access and download.
6. Integrated Collaboration: Unifies internal workflows and data, with automatic approval reminders to shorten inter-department waiting time.
7. Project Information Management: Centrally manages project data, stakeholder structure and real-time progress with unified data standards for overall project review.
8. QAQC Management: Implements full-process construction quality inspection and traceable digital records to control quality and reduce rework.
Visual Data Dashboard
Customized for management teams, it displays real-time project progress, WSHE KPIs, task completion rates and facility status via intuitive visual charts, enabling fast and precise strategic decisions.
Target Users
Singapore construction enterprises, main and subcontractors, project managers, site supervisors, WSH coordinators and officers, ECOs, QAQC engineers, resident engineers, inspectors, design teams and senior management.
