The tolerance fit calculation application program calculates the fit tolerances of "holes" and "shafts" based on the input diameter value. The fit tolerances are calculated based on ISO. Just enter the diameter value, select the tolerance zone using the tolerance zone button, select the tolerance grade using the tolerance grade button, and the fit tolerance values of "holes" and "shafts" will be displayed. In addition, from the combination of the selected holes and shafts, we distinguish the fit types (clearance fit, transition fit, interference fit). Then, the minimum clearance and maximum clearance are calculated. In the case of clearance, it is written as "plus", and if it is interference, it is written as "minus". The input diameter can be up to 3150 mm or smaller. However, the number of digits entered is limited to 6 digits. The corresponding tolerance ranges and tolerance grades are as follows.

【Hole Tolerance】
A, B, C, CD, D, E, EF, F, FG, G, H, JS, J, K, M, ZA, ZB, ZC

*Note 1) Holes A and B are not applicable to standard sizes of 1 mm or smaller.
*Note 2) For JS 7 to JS 11, the decimal part is truncated so that IT / 2 becomes an integer in microns.
*Note 3) The tolerance grade of hole J is only from IT6 to IT8.

【Shaft Tolerance】
a, b, c, cd, d, e, ef, f, fg, g, h, js, j, k, m, n, p, r, s, t, u, v, x, za, zb, zc

*Note 4) Shafts a and b are not applicable to standard sizes of 1 mm or smaller.
*Note 5) For js 7 to js 11, it is rounded down to the decimal point so that IT / 2 becomes an integer in microns.
*Note 6) The tolerance grade of shaft j is only from IT5 to IT8.

【Tolerance Grade】
IT 1 to IT 18

*Note 7) Tolerance grades IT14 to IT18 are not applicable to standard sizes of 1 mm or smaller.
*Note 8) For standard sizes larger than 500 mm, the tolerance values of tolerance grades IT1 to IT5 are temporarily used for experimental purposes.
