HOW IT WORKS
Run the PFT once to set your baselines. Simulate your race across 8 × 1km runs, 8 stations, and the Roxzone transitions — 31 segments in all (Ski Erg, Sled Push, Sled Pull, Burpee Broad Jumps, Rowing, Farmers Carry, Sandbag Lunges, Wall Balls). Then race with the ghost on your wrist.

PRIVACY
Your training data syncs to our own server in Frankfurt (EU), so it follows you to a new phone and comes back after a reinstall. We don't store your name or your email, and your raw Apple Health data stays on your phone. Delete your account in the app and the server copy goes with it. We don't run ads or tracking.
