Quiet Time gives you simple, flexible control over screen time — without wrestling with Apple's built-in Screen Time settings. Lock distracting apps instantly, then unlock for exactly as long as you choose: anywhere from 15 to 120 minutes.

HOW IT WORKS
- Choose exactly which apps or categories to lock — Games, Social, Entertainment, or any apps you pick
- Tap Lock to restrict your selected apps instantly
- Tap Unlock and choose any duration from 15 to 120 minutes
- Apps are automatically restricted again the moment time is up
- Protected by a PIN only you know, with Face ID as backup if you forget it
- See today's total unlocked time at a glance, right on the home screen

CYCLE MODE
Automatically alternate between screen time and focus locks — no willpower needed. Set your own open and lock intervals, or start from a preset (15/15, 20/15, 25/15, 30/15), then choose how many rounds to run: anywhere from 1 to 10, with 3 as the default. You'll get a quick notification every time a phase ends, so you always know where you stand. Once you've completed your rounds, Quiet Time locks up and stays locked until you're ready to unlock it yourself.

WHAT STAYS AVAILABLE
System apps like Phone, Messages, Clock, and Maps are never affected, no matter which apps you choose to lock.
