Callipeg is a professional 2D hand-drawn animation APP developed for iPad that requires the use of an Apple Pencil.
You can set the frame rate to 12, 24, 25, 30, or 60 frames per second as needed after selecting the project size.
Combining finger movements with the Apple Pencil, you can set and operate on multiple items on the timeline in a very simple main interface.
You can quickly preview by clicking with three fingers.
Click with four fingers to play and pause the animation.
Use two fingers to set the hiding or showing of the color palette, and can easily copy, paste, clear or preview the selected color, etc.
You can even move the image freely to multiple different layers.

In the drawing layer, you can add any number of frames on the timeline, or import any image into the frames, and reset the frame time points to add inbetweens.
In the video layer, you can import any number of video clips on the timeline, set their playback rate and can also re-segment them into multiple new clips.
