Lean is a sports counter designed specifically for bodyweight strength training.

Bodyweight training is a convenient and simple calisthenics exercise that doesn't require equipment and can also achieve amazing workout results.
Lean has selected several of the most classic calisthenics exercises that cover all muscle groups in the body. Through various sensors built into the iPhone/Apple Watch, Lean's recognition algorithm accurately records the number of repetitions and duration of each exercise.

Custom exercises:
In addition, you can also add any custom exercises to the exercise library and create your own unique workout plan.
