Thanks to over 50 years of scientific research guided by the legendary coach Dr. Jack Daniels, runners and coaches can quickly determine the appropriate training pace and corresponding race capabilities, as well as how to adjust for the impacts of temperature and altitude changes on training and races.

What's your VDOT (Running Potential Value)?
VDOT (Running Potential Value) is an indicator to evaluate your current running ability. It is a value applicable to all running distances and allows you to use this value to obtain running times for various different distances that match your running ability. For example, you can use the VDOT (Running Potential Value) of your recent 5K result to make a corresponding comparison with a friend who just completed a half marathon. Who will win?
