Choose from up to nine flours, from everyday white and whole wheat to rye, spelt, and ancient grains, and blend up to three with a ratio slider. Set hydration on a slider tuned to the flours you picked, choose your salt level, and add seeds, sweetener, or a healthy oil. Bake in any pan size, standard or custom, or free-form, and get the exact weight of every ingredient, plus a water-temperature calculator. Then clear instructions and a timer for every stage carry you through mixing, kneading, proving, shaping, and baking, with a screen-on mode for floury hands.
