Lull is a meditation app that starts by listening. Tell it what is on your mind, out loud or typed: the conversation you keep replaying, the work that followed you home, the thought that will not let you sleep. Lull builds your meditations around what you said, and a guide reads them to you in a voice you choose.

Most meditation apps hand you a library and leave you to guess which recording fits. Lull asks first. It is personalized meditation in the plainest sense: shaped around what is actually going on, not picked from a menu.

HOW IT WORKS
Your first conversation picks a short series for what you are going through. Each session goes a little further than the last, and the final one is written from your own words. After that, whenever something comes up, you can talk it out again and get a custom meditation for that moment.

The opening series built from your first conversation, including one meditation written from your words. A daily set of guided sessions chosen for the time of day and how you say you are doing. One conversation a month that picks a session for what you said. Sessions for the nights your mind will not switch off.

LULL PRO, FREE FOR 7 DAYS
Up to 25 meditations a month written from what you tell Lull, whenever you need one. Offline downloads, so a session is there when you are not connected.

APPLE WATCH AND APPLE HEALTH
Keep the Lull Watch app open while you meditate and Lull reads your heart rate from Apple Health. Afterward it shows how far your heart rate settled compared with your resting rate, when there is enough data to say. The Watch app also has short breathing exercises paced by gentle taps. Your sessions count toward Mindful Minutes in Apple Health if you allow it, and you choose every permission.

SUBSCRIPTION
Lull Pro is an auto renewing subscription, billed monthly or yearly. New subscribers start with a 7 day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it becomes a paid subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
