What the association does for its members!!
The protection of the rights and interests of electrical practitioners starts from joining the association.
First, improve the legal system for protecting the rights and interests of electrical technicians.
Second, provide convenience for government-commissioned services (pre-employment and post-employment declarations, declarations for management position arrangements, etc.).
Third, ensure public welfare as a nationally recognized institution for managing the resumes of electrical technicians.
Fourth, support the recruitment and job-seeking activities of electrical technicians through an employment support center.
Fifth, improve technical capabilities through education and training for electrical technicians.
Sixth, provide opportunities for member recognition (medals, certificates of merit, commendations by the president, prime minister, minister, etc.).
Seventh, provide technical support in the event of electrical-related failures and accidents.
Eighth, provide opportunities to participate in the operation of the association (right to vote, right to stand for election).
Ninth, provide opportunities for domestic and international industrial visits and overseas cultural visits for outstanding members.
