■ Important notes before use

Your iPhone may misinterpret the Shinkansen’s speed as “driving a car,” automatically activating “Driving Focus Mode.” In this mode, notifications will not appear on the screen.

We guide you through simple configuration steps via “Pre-ride Settings” within the app. The initial setup takes about 1 minute, ensuring reliable delivery of notifications.


■ Regarding notification timing

Notifications are determined based on GPS satellite signals and are unaffected by mobile communication conditions.

However, in long tunnels or areas surrounded by mountains, GPS signals themselves may be lost, causing a delay of several seconds to over ten seconds between the notification and the actual appearance of the view. When GPS signals temporarily drop, we estimate your position using previous speed and direction to compensate, though this method has limitations in extremely long tunnels. We appreciate your understanding.

Fully supports “Nozomi,” “Hikari,” and “Kodama” trains.
