The "Sleep" app is designed to help you achieve your sleep goals, including getting enough sleep, going to bed on time, and even creating a bedtime routine to help you fall asleep. You can easily track your sleep and be woken up in the morning by the sound or touch of your alarm. The "Sleep" experience includes bedtime reminders, wake-up alarms, sleep tracking, sleep mode, sleep aids, and a view of your sleep trends over time.
Features
• Set a sleep schedule to help you achieve your sleep goals and go to bed on time.
• When wearing your Apple Watch to sleep, it can track your sleep time at night. Apple Watch uses data from the accelerometer to determine when you're awake and asleep.
• Turn on "Sleep Mode" to enable "Do Not Disturb" and lock your screen with a sleep lock screen. Tap the screen to dim it and show the time, date, and morning alarm.
• Use "Sleep Aids" to help you relax before bed. You can choose to open a meditation app or start a "Home" app scene, etc. "Sleep Mode" will also be enabled during "Sleep Aids" to help you achieve your sleep goals.
• Wake you up with a gentle sound or touch wake-up alarm without disturbing anyone around you.
• Show a wake-up screen every morning, including the weather forecast for the day and the current battery level, to remind you not to forget to charge.
• View your sleep data, including sleep time, sleep goals, and sleep heart rate.
