【VIP Exclusive】: Black Sea members (formerly four-star and five-star members) can have online consultations with the exclusive customer service of the Haidilao App. Contact the Black Sea exclusive customer service at least 2 hours in advance online and you can get priority arrangements. (Except for special situations such as weekends and legal holidays)




【Private Room Meeting】: Exclusive for Black Sea members (formerly four-star and five-star members), invitation experiences are being carried out at pilot stores. Invited users will receive text message notifications and can check in the vouchers section of the Haidilao App; they can also actively contact the exclusive customer service for consultation. Just show it when you go to the first batch of experience stores. The first batch of experience stores are Beijing Dazhongsi Store, Shanghai Zhangyang Road Store, and Shenzhen Zhuoyue Store.
