Dol is a Markdown-based note-taking app with local data storage and support for custom synchronization. It features real-time preview, automatic [[Wikilink]] completion, backlinks, full-text search, and nested folders as core functionalities. Cross-platform synchronization is supported on iPhone, iPad, Windows, and Mac. Users can independently choose a CouchDB server for data management; setup is straightforward, and passwords are stored only in the iOS keychain. Synchronization is optional, allowing offline use without network access when disabled. The app supports importing from .md files or exporting all notes and images into a single zip package, meeting flexible data management needs.
