Hx Heart

The Medmovie Hx Heart App for mobile devices is an easy-to-use visual storytelling tool for cardiovascular health care professionals (HCP) at the point-of-care. Content includes streaming libraries of heart related video, interactive anatomy, and 3D heart models. The App can be used by individuals and larger teams to share targeted content that explains complex health terminology about a patient condition, test or treatment. The 3D models can be seen using Augmented Reality (AR) or on screen without the camera.

The interactive main menu allows a user to move through all the systems of the heart with a swipe of the finger to show normal muscular, vascular, electrical and valvular heart function and the most common conditions that affect these systems.

The Media Gallery includes a free section with interactive modules, short video loops and the interactive Hx 3D Heart.

In the Premium Heart Libraries, users can access additional streaming videos, images, playlists and interactive 3D models.

The Hx Heart App improves engagement with patients and other learners by promoting health literacy to allow higher value discussions about shared decision making.
