TestFlight

The TestFlight app allows testers to install apps on iOS, tvOS, and watchOS devices and conduct beta testing. Testers must first receive an invitation directly from the developer before they can start using TestFlight to test. After being invited, testers can redeem the invitation in TestFlight to install, test, send valuable feedback, and get updates for the beta app.




*Note: TestFlight itself does not allow discovery of beta apps.




To start testing:




• The developer of the app only needs your email address to send you an invitation
• Then, you can accept the invitation either within the TestFlight iOS app or by using the redemption code found in the beta invitation link
• After accepting the invitation, you can install the pre-release build
• The TestFlight app will notify you when a new build is available
• To update to the latest build, simply tap "Update"




Developers can invite TestFlight beta testers on the App Store Connect website:




• Create a version of your app and upload a new build
• Select the pre-release version of the app you want to release to testers
• Invite new testers by simply providing their email addresses
