【What is "Training Log"?】
This is a relatively "hardcore" fitness App. By "hardcore", it means that it is not suitable for some users - those who have no need to record training plans. For them, this App really cannot meet their needs.
Recording notes during training, accurate to the weight and number of repetitions in each set, is very important for fitness enthusiasts (I won't expand on this here, and will elaborate in detail in my paid tribe later). 【Why did I develop such a software?】
The training quality of weightlifting is closely related to factors such as weight and number of repetitions. During training, there is a "king" indicator - **Training Volume = Sets × Weight × Repetitions**. Therefore, a tool that is convenient for recording one's own training quality is very necessary.
In the early years, people usually used paper and pen to record. Later, Microsoft released Excel, and many people began to use Excel to record and analyze data. However, it is not specialized enough and still has many pain points.
Even today, there are still不少 people who坚持 using paper and pen in the gym, and so do many coaches - they use paper and pen to help members record and analyze data. The biggest advantage of paper and pen is "flexibility", but its main pain points are that it is easy to lose, and the data is scattered and messy, which is not convenient for long-term accumulation and review.
Excel can solve these problems to a certain extent, but after all, it is just a general-purpose software and not specifically designed for fitness recording. So, I wanted to develop such an App, aiming to provide a tool that is extremely simple, without any "fancy" functions, but can freely record personal training data.

【What's the difference between Training Log and other fitness Apps? Should I use it?】
Other fitness Apps are all very excellent software. They provide rich courses, videos, and articles, and to a large extent, they have cultivated people who never thought about fitness to try fitness. I think this is a very good thing.
