A Smart Sleep Score
Your nightly Sleep Score (0–100) is calculated from multiple Apple Health signals, including:

2. Sleep stages (REM, core, deep)
3. Bedtime consistency
4. Interruptions
5. Resting heart rate (RHR)
6. Heart rate variability (HRV)
7. Respiratory rate
8. Blood oxygen
