For many of us, our original selves have been obscured by daily stress, anxiety, and traumas of the past. The daily practice of the mindful meditation exercises in Spiritual Me provides a path to recovering one’s mental and spiritual health to a positive state.
Spiritual Me is designed to help you overcome negative thoughts and emotions by practicing a sequence of short awareness exercises: Breathing, Stretching, Meditating, Drawing, Pondering and Self-reflecting. The exercises are short and discrete. You can start your routine in the morning and end in the evening. The exercises are simple enough to practice during work breaks.
Spiritual Me offers you a menu of five thematic routines: Peace and the four natural elements (Fire, Wind, Water, and Earth). Each routine is unique, having different voice instructors, ambient sounds, spiritual quotes, meditation techniques, stretching exercises and color theme. Spiritual Me is offered in seven different languages and includes five spiritual books to choose from.

Each day you will receive a routine of exercises to practice mediation and mindfulness. This routine can be completed in one 20-minute session or in short 3-minute sessions throughout your day. Turning on your daily reminders and setting a preferred time will help you in keeping a consistent routine. Daily reminders also include a motivational message.

WHAT'S THE BEST TIME TO MEDITATE?
Morning meditation is recommend even if you can only practice one exercise in the routine. All the exercises in the daily routine do not have to be done in one session. You can start your routine in the morning and end in the evening. The exercises are simple enough to practice during a 7 minute break.
HOW LONG SHOULD I MEDITATE?
The goal is not the length of time. Being in the mind state of now is not measured by time. Meditate for a sitting that is comfortable to you. An optional meditation bell will ring at the end of each exercise. Do not worry about the time or if you are practicing the exercise correctly. Just be patient, very patient and aware of thoughts that pull you away from the present moment when you meditate.
HOW DO I SIT DURING MEDITATION?
We recommend setting in a straight back chair with both feet flat on the floor, eyes closed with your right arm hanging by your side. It is possible to meditate with your eyes open or standing up. Please meditate in a safe place.
