Automatic Renewal Service Rules
If you click to subscribe, activate, and use the automatic renewal service for the cloud plan (hereinafter referred to as "this automatic renewal service"), it is deemed that you agree to these rules.
You understand and agree that:
1. If you subscribe to this automatic renewal service and do not explicitly cancel it during the subscription period, the relevant entity will automatically deduct the service fee for the next subscription period from your account balance (including preset self-recharge accounts, bound third-party payment accounts, bank cards, communication accounts, etc., hereinafter collectively referred to as "the account") 1 day before the expiration of each subscription period starting from the time you activate this automatic renewal service, thereby extending the membership validity period corresponding to the subscription period. You should pay attention to the status of the above account and the deductible balance. The risks and/or losses caused by account problems or insufficient balance resulting in failed renewal will be borne by you.
2. Subscription period: There is no expiration date unless you cancel the cloud plan subscription.
3. You confirm and agree that Puwell has the right to adjust the service price. If Puwell intends to adjust the service price when you activate the automatic renewal service, we will notify you in advance by appropriate means (including but not limited to website announcements, text messages, etc.). If you do not agree to the service price adjustment, you can cancel this automatic renewal service according to these rules; if you do not cancel this automatic renewal service, the fees subsequently deducted by the relevant entity will be based on the adjusted service fees; if you cancel the subscription within 24 hours before the expiration of the subscription period, the relevant entity may deduct the service fee for the next subscription period based on the adjusted service fees and then stop the withholding service. After canceling this automatic renewal service, if you activate the automatic renewal service again, the service fees automatically deducted by the relevant entity shall be based on the service fees displayed on the page at that time.
4. The methods for automatic renewal users to cancel the subscription are as follows:
Apple in-app payment (IAP payment, in-app purchase): Open the "Settings" on your Apple mobile phone -> Enter "iTunes Store and App Store" -> Click on "Apple ID", select "View Apple ID", enter the "Account Settings" page, click on "Subscriptions", select your cloud plan subscription and cancel it. If you do not cancel the automatic renewal function 1 day before the expiration of the subscription period, the subscription will automatically renew and be charged.
5. Puwell may also stop providing the automatic renewal service to you according to the needs of its operation strategy. The service period of your cloud plan will terminate on the expiration date of the current service period.
