The app includes a non-medical Body Age–style score, designed as an informational, trend-based fitness indicator, not a biological or medical assessment.
This score reflects multiple fitness and lifestyle inputs across areas such as:
• Cardiovascular fitness
• Metabolic and physical activity patterns
• Recovery and sleep consistency
Key contributing inputs may include resting heart rate, VO₂max estimates, training time in different intensity zones, strength training volume, daily steps, lean body mass percentage, sleep duration, sleep efficiency, and sleep consistency.
The score is intended to support relative comparison and trend tracking over time, not medical interpretation.
Private, On-Device Coaching
On supported devices with Apple Intelligence enabled, the app offers a fully on-device, private health and fitness coach.
All interactions are processed locally, with no data leaving the device, allowing users to reflect on their goals, routines, and progress in a private and secure way.
