PicText allows you to convert an image into a low-res version of itself and copy the binary data to be sent anywhere you can normally send texts. The binary data can then be read and decoded by someone with the app, in the More tab. This is useful when picture sending is blocked, but you still want to send a picture and can use text messaging services.
