• You can choose to receive reminders to start mindfulness training at the beginning or end of the day or at a set time.
• Set the duration of the "Meditation" session from one minute to five minutes.
• Track your mindfulness minutes in the "Health" app and "Fitness" app on your iPhone.
Breathing:
• Breathe along with the animation that expands with each inhalation and contracts with each exhalation.
• Tactile cues guide you to breathe at the selected heart rate.
• You can choose to receive reminders to start breathing training at the beginning or end of the day or at a set time.
• Set the duration of the "Breathing" session from one minute to five minutes.
• Set the breathing frequency within the range of 4 breaths per minute to 10 breaths per minute.
• Track your mindfulness minutes in the "Health" app and "Fitness" app on your iPhone.
