Choose the apps that distract you most — Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, games, anything. The moment you tap one of them, Matu opens instead. You breathe slowly for twelve seconds, then you pray. Only when you tap "I've prayed" do your apps unlock. Over time, the previous old bad habit gets quietly replaced by a good one.
