For difficult nights, Ugo includes a progressive check-in timer based on short, predictable intervals: 3, 5, 7, 10, 10, and 10 minutes. The timer keeps the rhythm for you, with a one-minute calming window and a low-stimulation night mode designed for tired parents.

Ugo also helps you understand your baby’s sleep needs with age-based sleep ranges, nap guidance, next-sleep estimates, and clear articles about routines, night wakings, consistency, safety, and the limits of sleep methods.
