RunEasy is a Zone 2 training coach that lives on your Apple Watch. It uses real-time talk tests — not just heart rate — to tell you whether you're actually in zone 2.
During your run or ride, RunEasy periodically asks you a simple question through the watch speaker. Just answer out loud. Based on how you sound — your breath patterns, vocal strain, and speech fluency — it determines whether you need to slow down, speed up, or keep going.
