OPTIONAL MEMORIES ACCOUNT

Creating stories and saving videos does not require an account.

Sign in with Apple or create an account with your email when you want to create a private share link. Your account keeps your active links together, allowing you to watch, share or download a linked story again from your iPhone.

Linked videos are stored temporarily and automatically expire after seven days. Save the finished video to your iPhone if you want to keep it permanently.

You can delete individual links and videos or delete your entire Memories account from within the app.

DESIGNED AROUND PRIVACY

Your photo library is analysed and grouped on your iPhone. Memories does not upload your entire camera roll.

Only a finished video you deliberately choose to share is uploaded to create its temporary link. Your original photos and videos remain in Apple Photos unless you explicitly choose otherwise.
