BRAINWAVE ENTRAINMENT
Binaural beats (Alpha, SMR, Beta, Gamma), isochronic tones, and monaural beats to support focus, relaxation, and deep work. Adjustable carrier frequency.

80+ AMBIENT SOUNDS
Rain on a tent, cat purring, coffee shop chatter, vinyl crackle, crackling fire, underwater, train rides, and dozens more — organized across 12 categories.

BUILT-IN & CUSTOM PRESETS
Start with curated presets like Deep Work, Coffee Shop, Storm, or Cozy — or save your own. A Random Mix button generates fresh combinations when you want something new.

FOCUS TIMER
Set a countdown from 1 to 180 minutes. Sounds fade out gently in the final seconds, with an optional chime when time is up.

WORKS IN THE BACKGROUND
Control playback from your Lock Screen and Control Center. Your last session is automatically restored when you reopen the app.
