Tallyo: Cashbook & Receipts

Tallyo is a complete cashbook for your money: cash, bank accounts and credit cards in one place, with every receipt attached.

SCAN AND IT FILLS ITSELF IN
• Point the camera at a receipt: amount, date, shop and tax number are read on your iPhone.
• Official e-receipts with a QR code are read exactly, straight from the receipt's own page.
• Keep the scan as a PDF with the entry.

EVERYTHING THAT COMES AND GOES
• Cash boxes, bank accounts and credit cards with real balances.
• Recurring payments, installments, contracts and reminders — recorded automatically or after your OK.
• Cash flow forecast: see on which day money may run short.
• Budgets, reports by category, month and supplier.

SHARE A BOOK
• Keep separate books (home, business, a club).
• Share a book with your partner or associate: both add and change entries, in sync through iCloud.

MORE
• Suppliers and customers, vehicles and fuel, warranties, shopping lists with price history.
• Store and membership cards with barcodes, on your iPhone and Apple Watch.
• Import bank statements (CSV/Excel), export to Excel and PDF, annual summary for your accountant.
• Widgets, Siri shortcuts, Apple Pay automation, Face ID lock.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your data stays on your devices and in your own iCloud. No ads, no tracking, no account to create.

Tallyo is free to use with limits. Tallyo Pro removes them: monthly, yearly (with a free trial) or once for ever.
