DawgDelay-201 brings the sound of a classic 70s three-head tape echo to your iPad.

Audio is recorded to a virtual tape loop and played back by up to three heads at different distances, then optionally fed through a spring reverb tank.

TAPE ECHO
- 12 mode positions combining three playback heads and reverb
- Independent left/right repeat rates with link, or lock to your host's tempo
- Move the rate while echoes are sounding and the pitch bends, just like real tape
- Motor inertia controls how quickly the transport reaches a new speed

TAPE CHARACTER
- Input Drive adds genuine record-head saturation to the echoes
- Wow and flutter for authentic pitch instability
- Tape hiss
- Bass and treble shaping applied both on output and inside the feedback loop, so the colour deepens with every repeat

SPRING REVERB
- Modelled spring tank with real dispersion — the characteristic boing
- Decay, tone and level controls

STEREO AND MODULATION
- L/R, Ping-Pong and Mid/Side stereo modes
- Width and rate offset for spacious images
- LFO with sine, triangle, square and sample & hold shapes, routable to repeat rate, pan, reverb mix or tone
