Novagrid FX Sequencer

Novagrid turns any sound into something that moves.

Feed it any audio: a synth, a drum loop, a vocal, a whole mix. Novagrid
reshapes it rhythmically through four independent effect lanes: Volume, Pan,
Filter and Bitcrush. Each lane has its own step sequencer, so you draw the
movement instead of dialing it in.

WHAT YOU GET

• Four independent lanes: Volume, Pan, Filter (14 types) and Bitcrush
• A step sequencer per lane, from 1 to 128 steps, with division, swing, gate
and smoothing
• Direction modes (forward, ping pong and reverse) for patterns that keep
shifting
• Editor tools: free draw, ramps, sine and triangle, ease curves, exponential
and power shapes
• Sequence range bar to set loop start and end in one gesture
• Shuffle with an adjustable block size, for variation that still holds together

RANDOMIZE WITHOUT LOSING CONTROL

Every lane has its own dice. There is also a global random engine where you
choose exactly which parameters take part. Lock individual parameters, or
whole sequences, to protect what you have already found while everything else
keeps rolling.

LINK AND REORDER

Link lanes so your edits mirror across them, while randomization still
produces a different value per lane: cohesive, never identical. And because
the chain is reorderable by dragging, moving the filter before or after the
bitcrusher genuinely changes the result.

PRESETS AND LOOKS

A preset browser with search, favorites and author filtering. An expansions
panel to pull new preset packs straight into the app. And a look editor to
recolor the whole interface, with themes you can import and export.

ON IPAD

Runs standalone with its own audio and MIDI device settings, or as an Audio
Unit v3 plugin inside AUM, GarageBand, Cubasis, Logic Pro and any other AUv3
host. Presets are shared between both.
