These are commonly supported, although some cars may not support every single one of these parameters.
You require a car that supports OBD 2, which most cars do, since car manufactures are legally required to support OBD 2 in all major regions of the world for emission regulation purposes. It is recommended to check if you car supports OBD 2 anyways, especially if it is not a new car, as the dates of when OBD 2 was made mandatory range from 1996 to 2006 depending on the vehicle type and region.
For Dashmazing to be able to communicate with your vehicle you also require an OBD 2 Adapter using Bluetooth LE with iOS support. There are many different options available. Dashmazing works with the ELM327 command set, which is the de facto standard, but be sure to check if your OBD 2 Bluetooth Adapter also uses it.
