Ximple Pushups
Most people don’t fail at pushups because of effort. They fail because of structure.
Ximple Pushups is a focused system designed to take you from where you are to 50 consecutive pushups. It begins with a simple maximum pushup test. From that starting point, the app generates a 12-week progressive overload program that steadily increases your volume toward a clear target: 50 in a row.
Workouts are measured using your device’s tap sensor. Each repetition is counted deliberately. There is no complexity beyond the movement itself.
The app tracks what matters:
• Current goal progress
• Personal best consecutive pushups
• Total pushups performed
• Workouts completed
• Day streak and longest streak
History provides a calendar view of sessions. Analytics surface patterns in your progress, including max-rep development over time and consistency trends. Nothing is hidden. Nothing is gamified beyond what is necessary to reinforce consistency.
