The main screen displays a training log, where each session contains the date, type of exercise (expander, hold, hang), duration or number of repetitions, as well as a subjective assessment of the effort. Three main buttons — Add Session, View Stats, and Set Target — provide quick access to the main functions.
Adding a new workout takes just a few seconds. You select the type of exercise, enter the number of sets, duration, or working weight, specify the active arm (left, right, or both), and add a comment if necessary. This approach allows you to record the details of each session as accurately as possible.
The statistics section provides important information: best results, progress chart, frequency of workouts, and average load by week or month. This helps you track your strength development and adjust your training process in a timely manner.
