With NeatShift, everyone can see what to do today around the time they have. Your household shares a clear view of priorities, so one person does not have to carry all the organizing.

START WITH A REAL PLAN
Pick a few suggested chores, set up your rooms and each person’s available time, then create your first plan. Add the rest later. An optional fictional example lets you explore without changing your household.

TODAY AT A GLANCE
See overdue chores, what is due today, estimated minutes and who is responsible. Browse priorities room by room. Work beyond today’s capacity stays visible, separately from what fits.

AN EXPLAINED SPLIT
Set daily availability in minutes. NeatShift can suggest assignments by time or task count, or you can assign chores yourself. Recurring tasks keep their due dates and completion history.

TIME AWAY AND THE WEEK AHEAD
Record a household or personal absence. Depending on the mode you choose, chores pause or are temporarily reassigned; a preview shows the effect before you save. The free week widget shows currently unfinished chores due by the end of this week, including overdue work, without counting the same pending task repeatedly. Local reminders can be configured and need iOS permission.

PRIVATE SHARING, NO NEATSHIFT ACCOUNT
Use the app locally or invite your household through iCloud. Each participant links a profile to act and receive only their own reminders. Sharing is optional. Stats, points and badges can make contributions visible; gamification is optional. A child’s completion awaiting approval earns no points until approved.

STAYS FREE
Planning, chores and rooms, iCloud sharing, time away, statistics, reminders and widgets stay free. The full contribution report can be read for free, with names or initials.

OPTIONAL NEATSHIFT PRO
Pro adds image and PDF report export, a Sunday check-in and a four-week overload outlook. When a suitable task and spare time allow it, Pro suggests a due-date change with a preview and confirmation. It never silently reassigns a chore. Choose monthly or yearly access; a seven-day yearly trial appears only for eligible accounts. Apple Family Sharing is supported. Previously acquired access remains available.

No NeatShift account, advertising, analytics or tracking. Your data stays on your device and, if you enable sharing, in your iCloud space.
