Underdog AI

Underdog is your private personal AI. He lives on your iPhone, not in a data center. Ask him anything. Let him sit in on your meetings and write the notes. Hand him your mail and calendar when you are ready. Nothing you say, record, or read leaves the phone.

CHAT
• Ask Underdog anything: the hard conversation, the health question, the raise, the trip. He answers on your iPhone.
• The model is an optional download that runs entirely on the device. Airplane mode works.
• Nothing you type is sent anywhere, so there is nothing for anyone to read, train on, or leak.

MEETING NOTES
• Start a recording from the Notes tab, the Lock Screen, or a Home Screen widget. It shows in the Dynamic Island while it runs.
• Transcribed on your iPhone by Bark, Underdog's own speech model. Summary, decisions, and next steps are written on your iPhone.
• Jot while it listens. Your notes are written around your own words, never over them.
• To-dos are found in your notes and kept in Ready, In progress, and Done lanes.
• Your notes sync to Underdog on your Mac, private end to end.

MAIL
• Connect Gmail and Microsoft Outlook. Sign-in goes to your provider; Underdog never sees your password.
• Inbox zero, every day. Swipe right to finish a conversation, swipe left to put it off until later today, tomorrow, the weekend, or a time you pick.
• Split your inbox by Gmail category, or build your own tabs.
• Reply, reply all, forward, and compose with rich text and attachments.
• Undo send, send later, and reminders that bring mail back when it is due.
• Starred, snoozed, scheduled, sent, drafts, archive, trash, and spam, for every account.
• Search across every account, even offline.
• Each account keeps its own encrypted mailbox on your iPhone.

CALENDAR
• Your Google and Outlook calendars in a week strip over day pages, with a now line.
• Tap an empty half hour to add an event, or hold and drag to draw one out.
• RSVP from invitations. Coming up shows the next 24 hours beside your notes.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• There is no Underdog server for your chats, notes, or mail.
• Everything is encrypted on this iPhone with a key that never leaves it.
• App Lock covers it all with Face ID or your passcode after the app goes to the background.
• No account, no sign-in, no analytics: this app sends nothing to Underdog at all.
• No third-party AI service. Every model runs on this iPhone.
• Underdog's Gmail access is audited by an independent security firm as part of Google's review of every app that reads Gmail.
