TeaBuddy: Tea Brewing Timer

Brewing tea is a timing problem. A green tea left a minute too long turns bitter, and a black tea pulled early comes out thin. TeaBuddy counts that minute for you.

PICK A TEA, PRESS START
The timer counts down. Time left sits in the middle, and the hour your tea will be ready sits right below it. The ring fills as the steep goes on. Want it stronger, add 30 seconds. Want to start over, reset.

You can switch apps or put the phone in your pocket. The countdown keeps running and a notification arrives when the tea is ready.

EVERY TEA SAVED ONCE
Name, type, steep time, water temperature, and whatever note you want to keep. A note like "open the second steep at 40 seconds" is there in front of you while that tea brews.

Favorites stay at the top of the list. Search is waiting when the collection grows.

PICK THE TYPE, THE REST FOLLOWS
Green, white, oolong, black, herbal, rooibos. Choose a type and that leaf's usual steep time and water temperature fill themselves in. 80°C for white tea, 95°C for black. Adjust them to your own taste and nothing touches them again.

ONE TAP FROM THE HOME SCREEN
The widget holds the four teas you brew most. Tap one and the timer opens already running. No opening the app and picking from a list.

VISIBLE ON THE LOCK SCREEN
While a tea steeps, the time left shows on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island. Lifting the phone is enough to see how much is left.

NINE TEA THEMES
Nine themes, from Sencha Mist to Rooibos Ember. Color the app after whatever is in your cup that day.

THIRTY LANGUAGES
The app's language is separate from your phone's. Change it any time in Settings.

NO ACCOUNT NEEDED
No sign-up, no login, no password. Your teas stay on your phone.
