Please note: iOS does not allow any app to use the camera in the background,
so recording runs while the dashcam screen is open and pauses if you switch
apps or lock the phone.

NIGHT HUD (Plus)

Swipe in from the right edge for a pure black driving display: the gauge at
full size, your heading and the street you are on. Flip on mirror mode, lay
the phone flat on the dashboard, and read your speed in the reflection of the
windshield.

SPEED ALERTS (Plus)

• Three presets — City, Outside city, Highway — each with its own limit
• Pick a different sound and haptic per preset
• Set a minimum quiet time between alerts so long drives stay calm
• Dark mode and app themes

TRIP LOGGING (Pro)

Island while a trip is running, and a companion app on Apple Watch.


A WORD ON SAFETY

Mount your phone before you set off and keep your eyes on the road. SpeedWatch
is a driving aid, not a substitute for your car's speedometer or for paying
attention. GPS speed can differ from your dashboard reading, and it needs a
clear view of the sky.

Recording audio alongside video is subject to local law, and the rules differ
by country and by region. Audio is off unless you turn it on.
