Rematch Grappling

The term “Grappling” encompasses all martial arts that do not use traumatic blows, that means “luta agarrada”, either standing or on the ground. It can be performed as standing in the arts; Sumo, Judo, Aikido, Olympic Wrestling and Sambo. And with emphasis on ground such as: Wrestling, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Wrestling and Luta Livre.
The event will happen on September 20th 2014 at VIRADA ESPORTIVA de São Paulo. It has been 8 years that City Hall of São Paulo accomplishes a Sports Marathon with 34 hours, where they gether 2.000 activities in 200 places throughout São Paulo city and about 4 million people.
Rules
7 minutes fight.
The fight is No Gi.
Shall be declared winner of the fight the athletes who finishes the fight by submission or performs a Perfect Takedown upon the opponent (blade shoulder on the ground) and then immobilizes the opponent for 8 seconds.
There will be only 2 sorts of score: 01 Point for a Simple Takedown and 01 Point for sweep or position reversal.
In the event of a draw, the judges will decide by the “flag” and the athlete who has more Progressão Esportiva will be declared the winner.
