Appointments: Quiet Room

Appointments turns the same phone interactions that normally interrupt you, calls and messages, into quiet moments of intentional reflection.

Schedule an Appointment for a recurring time (every weekday evening, every Saturday morning) or set up a Meeting for a spontaneous invitation sometime during a window you choose. When it's time, your phone rings like an incoming call. Accept it, and you're taken straight into a calm, uncluttered session — just a timer and a moment of stillness, nothing else competing for your attention.

Afterwards, jot down a few words or tags about what was on your mind. Over time this becomes a private, searchable journal you can look back on — tap any past session to revisit or re-tag it.

Mark any message "Answered" once it's resolved, and your Record screen keeps a quiet record of them. Not a tally, just a place to look back on what's been answered over time.

Appointments is built primarily as a prayer companion, but its interface stays intentionally neutral, no religious language appears on screen, so it's equally at home for anyone who wants a private space to pause, reflect, or think, regardless of faith or tradition.

Appointments never generates responses, never pretends someone is replying, and never claims to know anyone's will. It simply creates the space—what you bring to it is entirely yours.

REFLECTION, NOT GAMIFICATION
No streaks, no badges, no scores. Your Record screen shows gentle observations about your own patterns: average session length, most active time of day, common topics; never a performance metric.
