Happy Couple AI

Coupla is a couples therapy app where both partners are in the same conversation at the same time, with an AI mediator between them. Not a chatbot giving one person advice about their relationship — an actual three-way session.

You pair with your partner using a private code. You both write in the same session, from your own phones, sitting together or hundreds of miles apart. The mediator keeps both voices heard, slows things down when the temperature rises, and steers toward repair instead of a winner.

Or start on your own. Solo sessions are still about the relationship — sorting out your side of a fight, working out what you actually want to say. Plenty of people begin alone and invite their partner later.

HOW A SESSION WORKS

Bring a topic, or just bring whatever happened last night. From there the mediator follows what is actually going on between you: who is being talked over, which sentence keeps coming back, what neither of you has said yet. It is not a list of prompts. Two couples with the same problem get two different sessions.

In turn-based sessions the structure enforces it outright — you cannot send until it is your turn. That alone changes arguments where one person always speaks first and loudest.

Sessions are end-to-end encrypted. There are no feeds, no profiles, no friend lists, nothing public anywhere. Your conversations are never sold and never used for advertising. You connect to exactly one person, through a code you share yourself.

Coupla is not therapy and not a replacement for it. It is not built for crisis, and it is not the right tool where there is abuse or coercion — in those situations sessions will point you toward people who can actually help. For anything serious, please speak to a qualified professional.
