Registered users can login, create their main expense heads / categories, add line items inside each category, add bills and receipts as attachments, and submit them for approval to the concerned department in their company. All of this is automatically synced to the cloud, which prevents loss of data as well provides a convenient way to manage these expenses from a desktop system later on.
