WillisGSD

WillisGSD is a fast, private, local-first task manager built around the Getting
Things Done (GTD) method. Capture anything in seconds, clarify it into the right
next action, and stay focused on what matters — all without an account, a
subscription, or your data leaving your devices.

Everything is stored in a single local database on your device. There is no
server, no login, and no tracking. If you want your tasks on more than one device,
turn on optional sync through your own iCloud, Dropbox, OneDrive, or any folder you
control — your data, your storage.

• Capture — A Quick Capture sheet is one tap (or one keystroke) away on every
screen. On Mac, a system-wide global hotkey opens capture even when the app is in
the background. On iPhone, ask Siri to "Add a task to WillisGSD."
• Clarify — Process your Inbox one item at a time with clear GTD decisions: do it
now, make it a next action, delegate, defer, file as someday/maybe, turn it into a
project, or trash it.
• Organize — Group work into Projects, Areas of Focus, and Goals. Tag tasks with
contexts, energy level, and time estimates.
• Reflect — A guided Weekly Review walks you area by area, surfaces stalled
projects with no next action, and auto-populates your accomplishments.
