NoMore is a simple and easy-to-use app for quitting bad habits. Its featured functions are: automatic check-in, challenge mode, reward points, and gift redemption, to help everyone better quit bad habits.

So, why did I want to make an app for quitting bad habits?

As the saying goes, what not to do is more important than what to do, and bad habits fall into the category of what not to do.

Most of the current habit check-in apps on the market are for cultivating good habits, and there are almost few apps specifically for quitting bad habits.

Among the few existing apps for quitting bad habits, either they are simple, ugly and difficult to use, or they are mixed with those for cultivating good habits. However, the statistical logics of quitting bad habits and cultivating good habits are completely different.

So, I decided to make an app specifically for quitting bad habits: NoMore. As the name implies, NoMore hopes that you will no longer do something, or prevent something from happening more often, and keep it at a reasonable frequency.

This time, I don't just want to make a simple check-in record tool. I hope to make an app that can really help everyone quit bad habits. Therefore, I specifically added the following core functions to NoMore:

I. Automatic check-in

NoMore may be one of the few habit apps on the market that supports automatic check-in. Because for quitting bad habits, not checking in is the best. So, I added an automatic check-in function to NoMore. As long as you don't break your vow today, it will automatically mark today as successful.

II. Challenge mode

NoMore supports setting three challenge modes: daily/weekly/monthly, and allows setting the number of times of breaking the vow. As long as the number of times of breaking the vow is not exceeded within the corresponding time range, it is considered a successful challenge.

III. Reward and punishment settings

NoMore supports setting challenge rewards, punishments, and consecutive rewards. When you succeed in a challenge on a certain day/week/month, you can get the corresponding score rewards; when you fail the challenge, you will also have the corresponding scores deducted; you can also set that you haven't broken your vow for several consecutive days and get the corresponding score rewards.

IV. Gift redemption

NoMore supports the gift redemption function. You can create the gifts you want in the future and set the corresponding redemption scores, and then you can use the scores obtained from successful challenges to redeem the corresponding gifts.

NoMore hopes to continuously motivate everyone to better quit various bad habits through the process of successful challenge - reward points - gift redemption.
