In 2009, the Locstatt Classroom application set a new industry standard for inductions. We have now upgraded the Classroom to launch, deliver and track training with the introduction of enhanced technology that includes:
• The ability to create and launch your own library of in-house training courses. PDF, video, YouTube and PowerPoint content can be easily converted.
• Instructor led, virtual streaming to other remote classrooms around the country, all in real time.
• The ability for students to use their own mobile phones via Wi-Fi to answer questions. The instructor can see the individual student’s answer in real time, which facilitates confirmation of knowledge transfer.
• The mobile classroom application for employees to take courses online, with or without tests and for them to be able to check their required training and history. They can also continue these courses later in the web application.
• Automatic recording and tracking of delivered training back to the Locstatt reports and dashboards.
This virtual classroom is included with the standard training application to all Locstatt members.
